Alifah Lestari is a program management professional with over 30 years of experience—including 19 years on four consecutive USAID-funded, DAI-managed WASH and environmental projects in Indonesia. She currently serves as Chief of Party on the Indonesia Integrated Urban Water Sanitation and Hygiene (IUWASH Tangguh) program. She specializes in capacity building, training facilitation, implementing participatory-based monitoring and evaluation techniques, and gender mainstreaming for the water and sanitation sector. An experienced institutional liaison and trusted collaborator, she has significant experience coordinating partnerships with government, private sector, academic, and nongovernmental institutions. She is fluent in English, Bahasa, and Javanese.
