Cari Wood is a multilingual senior manager skilled in steering large-scale projects funded by the private sector, the U.K. Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), and the European Commission across Africa and the MENA region. She has experience managing multimillion-dollar projects spanning private sector development, public diplomacy, and institutional development.

Previously, Cari provided management and technical support to the Palestine Market Development Programme, the Tax, Audit and Transparency Programme in Ethiopia, and was the Deputy Team Leader for TASHAROC, the good governance and stabilization project in Northern Morocco. She is currently Head of Operations for the FCDO-funded Centre for Disaster Protection.
