Danielle Boulton has over 10 years of experience in project delivery, new business development, knowledge management, value for money (VfM) analysis, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within the health sector. She is part of DAI U.K.’s Human Development team as a Principal Consultant, providing senior expertise in project management and technical backstopping across a portfolio of programs, bringing a deep knowledge of UKaid.
Danielle has most recently managed various DAI-led Fleming Fund country programs—funded by the U.K. Department of Health and Social Care—which tackle global antimicrobial resistance. Before this, she managed a portfolio of U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) programs in Mexico which aimed to improve economic growth by strengthening education and health.
Danielle’s previous roles at DAI included Business Development Manager, specializing in developing proposals in the health sector for multilateral and bilateral donors, including the FCDO, European Union, U.S. Agency for International Development, UNICEF, and the Gates Foundation. She is proficient with the practical tools required for VfM analysis, including cost-benefit and cost-effective and qualitative analysis using participatory approaches.
