Duncan Skelton is an international development project director who has led multimillion-dollar projects for DAI clients, including the World Bank, the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, and the U.K.’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. His current portfolio includes two World Bank-funded projects in Palestine that focus on providing much-needed jobs in the tech and tech-related sectors—Innovative Private Sector Development and Technology for Youth and Jobs Project (TechStart), a private sector development project in Myanmar, and the Global Centre on Biodiversity for Climate Change, funded by the U.K. Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

Before joining DAI, Duncan set up and ran a small charity in Tanzania, helping HIV-positive patients in rural areas access treatment.
