Laura McLean is experienced in managing complex international development projects in countries coping with protracted crises. She has helped design projects for the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, U.S. Agency for International Development, and the African Development Bank and has led humanitarian and early recovery programs in challenging contexts such as South Sudan and Ukraine. Laura is currently embedded in DAI’s U.K. Conflict, Stabilisation, and Peacebuilding Unit, where she is responsible for business and strategy development, and project quality assurance.
